The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) is using digital technology to speed up the process for businesses to obtain permits for solar power plants in a bid to promote the use of renewable energy under green business practices.

Toshiba Energy Systems & Solutions Corporation (Toshiba ESS) announced today (March 30) that it received an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services order for construction of Onikoube Solar Power Plant, in the city of Osaki in Miyagi Prefecture, North East Japan.
